Branch & Admin experience in similar role + accounting experience + pastel partner

Duties & Responsibilities:
• General admin / Filing duties – Completion of required duties timeously
• Stock Control -Thorough understanding of management of stock
• Assisting customers with sales and queries.
• Coordinate all customer complaints with relevant department head.
• Liaising and Co-ordination of deliveries with other branches.
• Petty Cash Bank account control and reconciliation.
• P&L Balance Sheets & Banking.
• Oversee sales department ensuring reports are done and send to HQ, call logs monitor etc.
• Driving sales.
• Managing staff effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• Adherence to deadlines at all times

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 essential
• Fully Bilingual – English & Afrikaans
• Sound knowledge of accounting practices or qualifications in either of these
• Previous experience in a Branch Manager and Office Manager role
• Previous experience in accounting / bookkeeping
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Must have experience in Stock management and control
• Must be proficient in Pastel Partner and MS Office
