Expert Knowledge: SQL, Data Management Frameworks, and BI tools (Power BI & Excel). Platforms: Experience with Azure, SAP R/3 & BW, and databases is essential. Tools: Proficiency in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and version-control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence (Supply Chain experience preferred).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage vendor/partner relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• Manage budget/buying spend
• Select standard technologies, allocate annual IT budgets for analytics, and determine when to outsource tasks to consultants.
• Responsible for staff performance monitoring, selection,
and coaching for a team of direct and indirect reports.
