We are seeking a seasoned Complex Operations Executive to take strategic and operational accountability for a premier multi-disciplinary complex. This executive role oversees Gaming, Hospitality, Conferencing, and Entertainment, ensuring a world-class guest experience while driving sustainable revenue and high-level profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall growth strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term commercial and transformation objectives.
• Optimize gaming floor performance through strategic product mix, customer segmentation, and VIP/Premium player initiatives.
• Manage casino and hotel operations to maximize productivity across all support functions.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, forecasts, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Maintain critical relationships with regulators, shareholders, unions, and community leaders.
• Drive B-BBEE initiatives and lead a high-performance, diverse team across multiple disciplines.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years at an Executive Management level within a similar complex multi-business environment.
• Deep understanding of gaming operations and revenue optimization within a regulated environment.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, financial management, and large-scale operational transformation.
• Ability to obtain a valid Gaming License is mandatory.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays in a smoking-permitted environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
